Symposium on Knowledge Engineering for Decision Support Systems

Knowledge engineering (KE) deals with the development of intelligent information systems in which knowledge and reasoning play pivotal role. KE is a subfield of artificial intelligence (AI) and includes: knowledge acquisition, knowledge-based systems, knowledge compilation, shells and tools, methodologies, modeling, knowledge management, knowledge discovery, and knowledge representation. The symposium is devoted to discussion of current research of the AI techniques and knowledge engineering methodologies for developing intelligent Decision Support Systems.
