中国系统工程学会学术年会是我国系统科学与系统工程界每两年一次的综合性学术盛会，是广大系统科学与系统工程科技工作者学术交流的重要平台。“中国系统工程学会第19届学术年会”将于2016年10月28—30日在北京召开。会议由中国系统工程学会主办，中国航天系统科学研究院承办。
