Introduction

The Second Indian Control Conference (ICC 2016) will take place at IIT Hyderabad, India, during January 4-6, 2016. ICC 2016 will be a three-day event, with the first day dedicated to Tutorials and Workshops. ICC 2016 is being technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Control Systems Society, which is also acquiring the proceedings. Consequently the papers in the Proceedings of ICC 2016 will be included in IEEE Xplore.
