Research on the optimization of large line cutting and data remote transmission technology

Aiming at the problem of dividing the cable in the train, the optimum target of the cutting is set up, and the mathematical model of the optimization is realized by JAVA programming. Based on the developed ,the remote data transmission cable optimization cutting system has been build, including the automatic generation of feasible material plan, to select the optimal segmentation schemes, the transmission cutting scheme to cutting machine etc. function. Finally, the example analysis and test show that the system can achieve the cable segmentation better.
