After the great success of Previous serious of ICHCILT in 2011, 2012, 2013 in Abu Dhabi, UAE, Now, 4th ICHCILT 2015 is going to be held in Dubai, UAE. 4th ICHCILT 2015 is a highly anticipated conference due to the popularity of the fields. 4th ICHCILT 2015 is set to become an exciting event with the potential for continued growth throughout the years. 4th ICHCILT aims to bring together leading academic scientists, researchers and research scholars to exchange and share their experiences and research results about all aspects of Human Computer Interaction. It also provides the premier interdisciplinary forum for researchers, practitioners and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns, practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted in the field of Human Computer Interaction. As well as this conference is to provide a worldwide forum, where the international participants can share their research knowledge and ideas on the recent and latest research on Learning Technologies and map out the directions for future researchers and collaborations.
