The GRC on Cyclic Nucleotide PDEs has a long and storied history, and engages investigators whose research covers the entire phosphodiesterases (PDE) superfamily. In addition to presentations on novel assessments of PDE compartmentalized--targeting of cyclic nucleotides and related signaling, we progress through all the PDEs from 1 to 11, with leading research presented for each. Day one deals with basic principals and novel subcellular molecular tracking of cyclic nucleotide signaling and compartmentation. Day 2 starts with PDE1 and we move sequentially through to PDE11 by the end of the weeklong conference. Speakers will focus on general molecular and signaling aspects of PDEs and explore the role of various PDES in contributing to major diseases and identify novel therapeutic roles for their pharmacological modulation.
The topics and speakers for the conference sessions are displayed below (italics denote discussion leaders). The Conference Chair is currently developing their detailed program, which will include the complete meeting schedule, as well as the talk titles for all speakers. The detailed program will be available by February 12, 2016. Please check back for updates.
