Introduction
2016 International Workshop on Video and Media (ICVM 2016) will be held in Tokyo, Japan during October 29-31, 2016, as the workshop of ICGIP 2016.
As the workship of ICGIP 2016, ICVM aims to bring together researchers, scientists, engineers, and scholar students to exchange and share their experiences, new ideas, and research results about all aspects of Video and Media, and discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted.
