2016 International Symposium on Energy Economics and Management

Welcome to the website of 2016 International Symposium on Energy Economics and Management (IASEEM 2016), to be held in Beijing, China from July 11-13, 2016.

Energy is the primary source which propels the development of economy and society. However, the development and utilization of energy resources have generated a series of problems which have threatened the sustainable development of humankind, such as climate change and environment pollution. How to realize harmonized development of energy, economy, society, and environment is a global problem and also the long-term topic closely paid attention to by Chinese "6+2" Economics and Management Forum on Energy and Resources. Thus, we plan to hold the 2016 International Symposium on Energy Economics and Management & the fifth Chinese "6+2" Economics and Management Forum on Energy and Resources in Beijing, China during July 11-13, 2016. IASEEM will organize academic presentations and track communication and discussion. Experts and scholars in the following fields (not limited to), energy economics and management, climate and environment policies, and etc., are welcomed to submit research papers and attend this symposium. IASEEM is sponsored by China University of Mining & Technology (Beijing).
