The objective of this study group is to promote academic collaborations, attract young talented students, broaden the scope of research, and eventually make greater international impact in QCD research. We envision that short talks can help to promote discussions, while lectures and discussions can enable participants to identify the most interesting open questions and problems with great impact in the selected research area in QCD. We hope that the end product of the forum results in the coalescence of intellectuals working on several important and interesting QCD problems and eventually leads to some scientific breakthroughs in QCD. The forum will start with half day of five-minute talks by all participants, then followed by a few two-hour long lectures given by selected participants or invited speakers and concluded with half day of discussions.
