Introduction

ISPLC 2017 will bring together academia and industry professionals to present and discuss state of the art solutions and research results on current and future PLC systems, applications and standards. Papers presented at ISPLC will span all aspects of communications over power lines, including access, in-home, in-vehicle applications and utility applications with special emphasis on Smart Grids and their Industry.
