2016 IEEE Students’ Technology Symposium (TechSym)

IEEE Students' Technology Symposium 2016 will be organized by IEEE Student Branch at Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur along with the IEEE EMB Student Club and IEEE SPS Student Branch Chapter of Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur and the WiE Affinity of the Kharagpur Section. The event will host oral and poster sessions showcasing original contributions from students and young professionals across a range of subjects, with subsequent publications through the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. The symposium will have technical tracks ranging from RF, communication and computer networks, image and signal processing, pattern analysis and machine learning, MEMS, sensors, power and control systems, VLSI, human computer interaction, and translational engineering. The fourth edition of the symposium, previously held in 2010, 2011, and 2014, will also have avenues for undergraduate project displays along with hardware hackathon competitions and technical challenges for young engineers.
