On behalf of the organizing committee, we would like to invite you to participate in the 14th IEEE International NEWCAS Conference, which will be held jointly with FTFC 2016 in Vancouver, BC, Canada from June 26 to 29, 2016. The venue for the conference is the Vancouver Marriott Pinnacle Downtown Hotel.
