Introduction
It is a pleasure to announce that the 2016 Compound Semiconductor Week (CSW2016) will be held in Toyama, Japan, from June 26th to 30th, 2016. As in previous years, the CSW2016 is a joint venue for the 43rd International Symposium on Compound Semiconductors (ISCS) and the 28th International Conference on Indium Phosphide and Related Materials (IPRM). CSW2016 aims to be the premier forum for science, technology and applications in all areas of compound semiconductors.

Important date
CSW2016 covers all aspects of compound semiconductors - including growth, processing, devices, ICs, physics, spintronics, quantum information, mechanics, sensors, solar cells, and novel applications - and deals with III-V compounds such as GaAs, InP, and GaN; II-VI compounds such as ZnSe and ZnS; carbon related materials; oxide semiconductors; organic semiconductors etc. In the submission process, you need to select one of the following submission categories.
