2016 World Utility Summit (WUS)

While the world is shrinking and moving towards a unified approach to finding solutions to energy issues, power utilities are still not well interconnected. Global utilities continue to operate in silos with little or no formal interaction with each other except in industry offered conferences and platforms. The purpose of the Summit is to further develop the relationship between IEEE and the Indian Electrical and Electronics Manufacturers Association (IEEMA) to aid in sustainable development of a globally connected Smart utility for the benefit for the entire ecosystem.
