It is a great honor to invite you to the fourth international conference on control, instrumentation, and automation organized by Qazvin Islamic Azad University. This conference which be attended by several Iranian and foreign key-note speakers will aim to:

• Presentation of the latest scientific and industrial findings on Control, Instrumentation, and Automation

• Exchange of technical and scientific ideas concerning different areas of industrial automation and control including design and analysis of linear and non-linear systems, classic control(optimal, non-linear, adaptive, robust, predictive, fractional order, chaotic) among the instrumentation and control engineers ),smart control(fuzzy, neural networks, evolutionary algorithm) Identifying systems, network-based system, application of control systems to robotics, Mechatronics, navigation, control of network traffic, Intelligent networks of energy, sensory networks, industrial instrumentation and automation, sensors and agents, communicative protocols, vehicle automation, oil and petrochemical industry automation, power station automation

Several workshops and an exhibition will be held on the sidelines of this conference.

It is hoped the participation of researchers, professors, students and industrial professionals will contribute to the scientific and intellectual development of automation and control research.
