Introduction

The 11th International Conference on Protein Stabilisation jointly with the Section of Applied Biocatalysis of the European Federation of Biotechnology (EFB-ESAB) is dedicated to the recent advances in the knowledge on protein stability and in the experimental approaches (molecular, technological and nanomaterial-based strategies) to improve this crucial property.

Major topics will be: Directed evolution (or other protein engineering) to increase protein stability; Stability of proteins involved in human disease; Stability of therapeutic proteins; Protein stability in domestic, cosmetic, food science and nutraceuticals; Process economic aspects of protein stability; Immobilisation to improve protein stability including applications involving nanomaterials and biosensors; Protein Design using bioinformatics and in silico molecular modelling.

This conference has been held for the past twenty years in Europe and is the most important international scientific conference in the sector of protein stabilization. It is attended by selected from the most authoritative representatives of the academic and industrial world.

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we are pleased to invite you to participate in the 11th International Conference on Protein Stabilisation Conference.
