31st Symposium on Microelectronics Technology and Devices (SBMicro)

SBMicro is an international forum dedicated to semiconductor devices and processes, mainly targeting microelectronics devices and process integration, held annually in Brazil. In its 31st edition, the symposium will take place in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, from Aug 29 to Sep 3, 2016.

The goal of the symposium, which has a technical sponsorship from IEEE Circuits and Systems Society, is to bring together researchers and industrial/commercial partners in the fields of materials, processing, equipment, MEMS, micro-transducers, photovoltaic cell & module technology, and modeling &TCAD of integrated devices and circuits.

SBMicro strongly encourages international submissions. Prospective authors from around the world are invited to submit manuscripts for consideration by the Program Committee. The peer-reviewed and accepted scientific papers will be published by IEEE and the best papers will be invited to resubmit an extended version to be considered for publication at JICS – Journal of Integrated Circuits and Systems.
