Discussion and Practice on the Rapid Discovery Technique of Land Issues During the Whole-processing Construction Land Management

Supervision of construction land strengthening is important for the local government to improve land use efficiency and promote economical and intensive land use. In this paper, the characteristics and classification of land issues in the whole process of construction land supervision are studied by systematical method and the knowledge rule base is established for land issues. Expert knowledge system and random forest algorithm is introduced to quickly discover land issues, and the research results are practiced successfully in Hannan district, Wuhan, which provides a new support for the innovation of land resources management.
