Research on the influence factors of contract management information in construction industry

With the increasing development of information technology and fierce competition in construction industry, people tend to pay more attention to contract management information, but in fact the implementation of contract management information is not satisfied. Thus in order to explore the influence factors of contract management information in construction industry and search for its approaches and improvement measures, this paper establishes a model based on the structural equation theory and obtain the required data via questionnaires. The result shows that investment of information, contract organizing and management system and management staff are influence factors of contract management information of construction industry.
