Introduction
Welcome to the official website of the 2016 9th International Conference on Computer and Electrical Engineering (ICCEE 2016). The conference will be held in Barcelona, Spain during December 7-11, 2016. The objective of ICCEE is to present the latest research and results of scientists (preferred students, PhD Students, and post-doc scientist) related to Computer and Electrical Engineering topics. This conference provides opportunities for the different areas delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.
