2016 13th International Symposium on Neural Networks (ISNN)

Following the successes of previous events, the 13th International Symposium on Neural Networks (ISNN 2016) will be held in Saint Petersburg, Russia. Saint Petersburg is often described as the most westernized city of Russia, as well as its cultural capital. The historic center of Saint Petersburg and related groups of monuments constitute a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Saint Petersburg is also home to the Hermitage, one of the largest and best art museums in the world.

ISNN 2016 aims to provide a high-level international forum for scientists, engineers, and educators to present the state of the art of neural network research and applications in related fields. The symposium will feature plenary speeches given by world renowned scholars, regular sessions with broad coverage, and special sessions focusing on popular topics.
