Introduction

The International Symposium on signal, Image, Video and Communications was founded in 2000. Since then, it has become an important event in the areas of digital image and video processing and digital communication. After the third edition in 2006, ISIVC comes back to Tunisia. It will be held in Tunis, during November 21-23, 2016. The symposium is organized by the COmmunications, Signal and IMage Processing Lab. (COSIM) of the Higher School of Telecommunications of Tunis (SUP’COM), Carthage University of Tunisia.
