Data/knowledege engineering and software engineering are two developing areas in the information and communication technology, which are interrelated and have significant roles in changing the world in many aspects, such as business, education, government, and society. Although these disciplines are quite mature, research and development in these disciplines are still evolving to provide better performance of offered services or products in different criteria, such as efficiency or effectiveness. The conference is interested in gathering researchers, educators, and professionals in the domains of Data/Knowledge and Software Engineering, to present and discuss high-quality research results and outcomes in their fields.
