Introduction

The XXI Symposium on Image, Signal Processing and Artificial Vision (STSIVA 2016) is the most traditional academic event specialized on signal processing in Colombia. The symposium program will feature high-profile keynote lectures, workshops, oral and poster sessions, and exhibitions. In three days we will gather researchers, students and entrepreneurs to discuss issues focusing on signal and image processing and computer vision.
