Fourth International Workshop on Emerging Multimedia Systems and Application: Multimedia Big Data Processing and Analytics

Recent years have witness a great popularity of multimedia applications and services. With the rapid growth of the volume of multimedia data, high efficient processing and analytics technologies become key research issues for multimedia big data. Various technologies are being investigated to achieve high performance in multimedia processing and analytics, such as the development of deep learning algorithms, cloud computing techniques, high performance multimedia data compression and mediacloud systems, which are expected to utilize the big data features of multimedia information. The advanced applications not only require overcoming challenges of system-level services but also enhancing user experience. This workshop is intended to provide a forum for researchers and engineers to present their latest innovations and share their experiences on all aspects of new systems and applications for multimedia data processing and analytics.
