the 4th Genomics Frontiers Symposium (CAS 2016)

It is a great pleasure to host you for the 4^th Genomics Frontiers Symposium in Shenyang, China, July 27–30, 2016. The 4^th Genomics Frontiers Symposium is hosted by Beijing Institute of Genomics (BIG), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) together with Genetics Society of China, and organized by the journal Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics (GPB). CAS Key Laboratory of Genome Sciences and Information, and Genomics Association of the Genetics Society of China, together with this year’s local organizer Yin'an International (Liaoning) Gene Technology Co. This symposium series was initiated in 2012 and our continued goals are to host in-depth discussions from outstanding scholars who advance the frontier of genomics and bioinformatics and to foster future collaborations among all attendees. This year’s symposium is to be held in Shenyang to provide an enthusiastic atmosphere of interdisciplinary communications. Three themes of the symposium include “RNA Epigenetics,Sequencing Technology, and and Cancer Genomics” and world-renowned scientists are invited to give perspectives on the recent activities of the relevant fields. Junior scientists are also invited for bringing the research progress into the discussion freshly from the bench. We sincerely hope that this symposium series could be a premier platform for scientific communication, knowledge broadcasting, and potential collaboration.
