Introduction
The Eigth International Conference on the Applications of Digital Information and Web Technologies (ICADIWT 2017) is a forum for scientists, engineers, and practitioners to present their latest research results, ideas, developments and applications in the areas of Computer Communications, Communication networks, Communication Software Communication Technologies and Applications, and other related themes.

Page Length: The maximum length of the paper is 6 pages as per IEEE template. However additional pages (up to 4) will permitted based on extra fee of $60 per page.
Note to Authors: All submissions MUST be blind. Authors should not specify their names and affiliations in the paper.
