China Arbitration Summit 2016

The 2016 Summit will be themed with “inheritance, innovation and harmonization”, focusing on new trends and hot issues of international and China arbitration under the “One Belt and One Road Initiative”, and discussing the future development of the field.

The year of 2016 witnesses the 60th anniversary of China’s foreign related arbitration and the establishment of CIETAC. This Summit will give a retrospect of the 60-year history of China’s foreign related arbitration, present Chinese perspective of international commercial arbitration, uphold good experience of international arbitration in China, and demonstrate China’s efforts to establish itself a center for international arbitration.

We welcome representatives of arbitration institutions, arbitrators, lawyers, legal counsels, academics and other interested friends to join us in the Summit to share views and spread wisdom, in order to contribute to the healthy development of international arbitration and to build Chinese arbitration a beautiful future!
