The importance of packing problem affects many scientific disciplines. The aim of this conference, as a continuation of the past two, is to discuss the latest developments of how packing geometry affects the properties of systems across a wide range of length scales. This conference is intended to be an illuminating forum for discussing the latest progresses in all packing-related topics. Through the intensive discussions by colleagues from various disciplines who have worked on theory, simulation, and experiments, we hope that we can develop an environment that encourages shared belief among all about the importance of packing problems.
