This year marks the 111th anniversary of the University of Malaya. As the oldest university in Malaysia, we lead the country and the people's desire to see the University continue to stay at the forefront of higher education. Various activities have been planned throughout the year, not just to celebrate the anniversary but more importantly, to create a meaningful impact in our strive for excellence.
Aim and Scopes
The colloquium will bring together academics and undergraduates from a wide range of disciplines in the Sciences. The aim is to
promote the sharing of knowledge, scholarship, and innovative thinking across the sciences;
engage students in activities that enhance their learning.
The main areas of the sciences covered in this colloquium are
Biology;
Chemistry;
Physics;
Mathematics;
Geology;
Science and Technology Studies.
Undergraduate students may participate in a variety of ways:
Give an oral presentation on a project paper;
Create a poster presentation;
Display or engage in a creative work via an exhibition.
