The International Nonthermal Processing Workshop 2016 will aim at communicating the latest development, research and innovation in novel and established non-thermal processing technologies and their applications in the food industry to an international industry and academic audience. The conference will be held in Beijing from October 18 to 20, 2016, and will be jointly hosted by Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology (CIFST) and China Agricultural University (CAU), and be undertaken by Non-thermal Processing Division of the US Institute of Food Technologists (NPD) and the European Federation of Food Science and Technology (EFFoST) and co-sponsored.
Internationally renowned experts in non-thermal food processing technologies from around the world will gather at the Beijing 2016 conference to present the latest progress in non-thermal food processing research and development. Experts from world-leading enterprises will also be invited to present the commercial application of non-thermal technologies in food processing. The conference will provide an opportunity for scientists, engineers and technologists from industry academia, regulatory agencies to obtain a deeper understanding on the underpinning mechanisms of non-thermal processes and their effective utilization in the near future and beyond.
