Introduction
Workshop on ICT will provide an open forum for information and telecommunications technology professionals and engineers to discuss new and emerging systems, standards and services, and their applications in telecommunications and information systems. We are soliciting technical contributions presenting state of art in the wide spectra of contemporary ICT systems and applications including the measurements set-ups, original developed applications as well as demonstrations of ICT prototypes. SoftCOM 2016 will offer a pleasant open space in the Conference hotel to support the presentation of systems and applications. Topics of interest are the same as research topics of SoftCO.
