2016 IEEE Conference on Recent Advances in Lightwave Technology (CRALT)

CRALT-2016 focusses on Optical Engineering, which is an emerging technology with far reaching applications and implications. Already lightwave communications is a reality that revolutionized our communication world. Looking into the future it is poised to play a crucial role in Biomedical Engineering and Quantum Engineering. This conference is organized by IEEE Photonics Society Bangalore Chapter, in association with Messe München India Pvt. Ltd. The conference also features half-day tutorials on emerging topics, and celebrates the 100 years of OSA, the optical society.

A significant feature of CRALT-2016 is that it is organized in association with the LASER world of PHOTONICS INDIA -- India’s platform for laser and optical technologies -- components, systems and applications. It is hoped that the conference will be equally useful for scientific and engineering professionals from academia and industry. In particular, those undertaking new projects and /or research work would benefit greatly by networking with others working in their area of specilization, and by listening to experts.
