Introduction

Sustainability for building is an approach to promote the environmental quality by reducing negative impacts on building and the natural environment. The sustainability of green infrastructure and environment were a common thing to meet the needs without compromising the ability of future generation. It must be done to prevent the impacts on our lives such as air and water pollution, land use and contamination, materials depletion, impacts on human health, and climate change.

On the other side, in recent years many countries in the world have met the global problem in preventing the disaster. Such as, in Indonesia and Japan with earthquake and erosion as common problems, then Europe for the hot winds nowadays.

Therefore, it is expected that the incorporation of sustainable development concept in terms of research, product, and values will enhance the energy performance of environment development and bring about building sustainability as well as managing the disaster. The needs should merge with the improvement of global development to meet the sophisticated live. In order to actualize them, this conference will discuss in detail and more about the green infrastructure, the sustainability of the resources management, the sustainability of the city, and the disaster management as well.
