Introduction
The international conference ICPMT that featured mainly the machining field has been held every two years since 1992. New international conference IC3MT (International Conference on Machining, Materials and Mechanical Technologies) that expands the object field not only the machining technology field but also materials and mechanical technologies succeeding to the policy of the ICPMT was started up on 2014. The 2nd conference of IC3MT will be held in Matsue city, Japan on 2016. Matsue city is a traditional city, surrounded by water and the abundance of beautiful natural scenery.
We hope that as many scientists, engineers, technicians and retired experts, etc. as possible will use this opportunity to visit Matsue city and to be part of the exchange of valuable information as well as establishing useful contacts amongst professionals in this field.
