2016 3rd Conference on Power Engineering and Renewable Energy (ICPERE)

Indonesia demand on energy, especially the electrical energy, has grown very fast in the last decades following the economic growth. With population more than 250 millions, Indonesia has become a significant economic in the region. The geographic of Indonesia that consists of more than ten thousand islands has created technical challenges that not existed in the other regions. Similar to other countries, Indonesia has developed various green technologies to solve energy problems and to increase the ratio of electrification. As the geographic condition is different, however, the problem nature of Indonesia is slightly different to other countries.

The 3rd IEEE Conference on Power Engineering and Renewable Energy (ICPERE) is a regular conference that is sponsored by the Institute of Technology Bandung, the Institution of Engineers Indonesia, and the IEEE. Accepted Papers will be published in IEEE Xplore and selected papers may be considered for publication in International Journal on Electrical Engineering and Informatics (IJEEI).
