Introduction

The First IEEE International Conference on Energy Internet (ICEI 2017) will be held at April 18-21, 2017, at Beijing, China. The conference venue will be at the China International Exibition Center. 

Energy internet is accepted as an internet-style solution for energy issues by integrating information flow and power flow bidirectionally. Key features of engery internet is the decentralized scheduling of energy producing and consuming that enables open and peer-to-peer energy sharing. The ideal of Engergy internet is to optimize real time balance among energy generation, storage and consumer. By allowing high level of awareness and involvment in form of cooperation and interaction, secure and reliable delivery of energy is achieved by effient schedule, transmit and route across different classis of nodes in energy internet. 

IEEE ICEI 2017 will focus on relative research areas such as architecture design,renewable energy generation, intelligent energy delivery, large scale energy storage, intelligent scheduling and routing, and spporting technologies like power electronics, information and communication technologies. This conference provides a platform for researchers, academics and industries of multidisciplinary domains to share their knowledge, idea and work experiences in energy internet. Hopefully, this event will promote more sophisticated technology and appliances for the benifit of more economic and environment firendly energy utilization of humankind across the glob.
