Introduction
n behalf of the NCTM Organizing Committee, we are pleased to welcome you to the NCTM 2017, which will be held at Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology (SLIIT) premises on 27th of January 2017. NCTM is the premier national conference of Sri Lanka that brings disciplines of Information Technology, Engineering, and Management together in a single forum.
Since 2012, NCTM has brought together a rich diversity of authors and speakers from universities, industries, and public sector in Sri Lanka to share ideas and new perspectives on a wide range of research problems. NCTM 2017, with the conference theme “Excel in Research and Build the Nation,” will definitely deliver an inspiring and informative program. Showcase of recent research, developments, lessons learned and new possibilities across the spectrum of technology and management in Sri Lanka will pave the way towards a developed country.
