Introduction

The International Conference on Chaotic Secure Communication (ICCSC) is organized by the Chaotic Secure Communication branch of Chinese Association for Cryptologic Research (CACS). The ICCSC 2016 is undertaken by Central South University, and will be held in Changsha, China, on October 21-23, 2016.

The ICCSC 2016 aims at gathering chaotic secure communication and cryptography professionals from both academy and industry to present and explore the latest research achievements, academic hot spot and the dynamic development trend in theory and applications, and further promote the exchanges and cooperation between the academia and industry in the field of chaotic secure communication.

Some accepted papers will be further peer-reviewed for publication in some journals.
