The 26th International Conference on High Pressure Science and Technology & VIII Asian Conference on High Pressure Research

The International Association for the Advancement of High Pressure Science and Technology (AIRAPT) meets once every two years since 1955. Since the seminal findings of Prof. P.W. Bridgman, high pressure has taken a more and more important role in a wide range of scientific fields such as physics, chemistry, biology, materials science, earth and planetary science, food science, etc. This conference is the 26th AIRAPT. Especially the AIRAPT 26 will be combined with the 8th Asian Conference of High Pressure Research (ACHPR 8). The joint conferences will be held at the National Convention Center located in the green Olympic Park venue in Beijing.
