Proteostasis & Neurodegeneration Conference 2017

We are proud to announce the 1st Zing Proteostasis & Neurodegeneration Conference will be taking place at Down Hall Hotel, Hatfield Heath, near Bishop’s Stortford in April 2017.

The Zing Proteostasis & Neurodegeneration conference will focus on understanding and integrating the various processes which protect cells against protein aggregation, a hallmark of most neurodegenerative diseases. Domains of interest will include autophagy, proteasomal pathways, mitophagy, lysosomal pathways and chaperone biology. Talks will span basic science to translational strategies and will relate to conditions including Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, and Huntington’s disease.

We will feature plenary lectures from leading investigators, oral presentations from selected abstracts, and poster sessions covering each of the topics. Participation of younger scientists is particularly encouraged and there will be ample opportunity for informal discussions.
