Electrostatics 2017

On behalf of DECHEMA and the European Working Party "Static Electricity in Industry" (EFCE) we would like to welcome you for the ELECTROSTATICS 2017 conference.

It will take place at DECHEMA-Haus, Frankfurt am Main, Germany from 10 to 13 April 2017 close to the Frankfurt fair and Frankfurt international airport.

The International Conference on Electrostatics is a quadrennial conference that has been successfully held around Europe since 1973. It provides a unique interdisciplinary forum for discussion about the electrostatic phenomena and the industrial applications. Fundamentals, applications, hazards, measuring techniques, standards and other related topics are within the scope of the conference.

The deadline for submitting abstracts is 1 April 2016. The deadline for the final manuscript is 1 October 2016. All articles will receive professional review by the scientific board of the conference.

Accepted articles will be submitted to the Journal of Electrostatics for publication. Note that acceptance and publication of the article requires that at least one author is registered for the conference.

This conference is an excellent opportunity for researchers and users working in many scientific and technical areas where electrostatics is a real concern or challenge to review progress and discuss future trends.
