Introduction
The Joint Technical Committee on Natural Slopes and Landslides (JTC1) of the International Society for Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering, the International Society for Rock Mechanics and the International Association for Engineering Geology is organizing the First JTC1 Workshop on Advances in Landslide Understanding to be held in Barcelona, Spain in May 24th-26th, 2017.
