Introduction

The SBMO/IEEE MTT-S International Microwave and Optoelectronics Conference (IMOC) is a biennial event organized by the Brazilian Microwave and Optoelectronics Society (SBMO) and IEEE Microwave Theory and Techniques Society (MTT-S).

IMOC is a unique opportunity to get in touch with technology leaders and cutting-edge technologies in the fields of microwaves and optoelectronics, including millimeter and terahertz transmission; antennas and propagation; wireless communications and networks; fiber optic communications, networks and sensors, among others. In 2017, IMOC will be held from 27th to 30th August in Águas de Lindoia, a resort destination famous for its water springs and rural tourism.
