International Conference on Information Systems Development (ISD 2017)

Welcome to the website of the 26th International Conference on Information Systems Development (ISD2017 Cyprus). The conference will be hosted by UCLan Cyprus, School of Sciences, Larnaca, Cyprus.

The theme of ISD2017 is Advances in Methods, Tools and Management. The conference focuses on the latest developments in ISD and particularly on methods and tools used to design, create, and maintain information systems.

The ISD Proceedings will be published in the Association for Information Systems (AIS) eLibrary. In addition, a selection of the best papers (by invitation) will be published by Springer as a separate volume of the Lecture Notes in Information Systems and Organization series.

The ISD2017 Conference provides a forum for discussing research and developments in the field of information systems development. New trends in developing information systems emphasize advances in development methods, tools and management. The influence of information of systems and technologies on organizational structures, processes and people is paralleled by the impact of new organizational structures and social dynamics on information systems development, functionality and management. The ISD2017 Conference focuses on these mutual influences in order to promote research into methodological issues and ways in which information systems designers are transforming organizations and society.
