About KNIT
Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology (KNIT) is an autonomous government engineering institute (under 2f and 12B of UGC Act) affiliated to Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. It is situated on Sultanpur-Faizabad Road at a distance of 4 km from Sultanpur Railway Station. KNIT is one of the leading technical institutions of Uttar Pradesh. It is producing World class Engineers since its inception in 1979. This Institute offers B.Tech., M.Tech. and Ph.D. in Civil, Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, Information Technology and Mechanical Engineering. MCA course is also offered in the Institute.

The department offers B.Tech. programme in Mechanical Engineering and M.Tech programmes in Thermal Engineering and Industrial System Engineering. The department possesses modern laboratories equipped with latest experimental set-ups and research facilities for engineering mechanics, strength of materials, material testing, fluid mechanics, fluid machinery, IC engine, Robotics, Mechatronics, Heat and Mass transfer, Flexible Manufacturing System, Computational Fluid Dynamics supported by ANSYS, Solid Works, MATHEMATICA etc.

Guidlines
Manuscripts of original research work, review article, case studies etc are invited for oral presentation in the conference from academicians, research scholar, scientists and practitioner from industries. The manuscript is limited to 6 pages in MS Word (.doc / .docx) files. The authors are requested to submit their manuscripts in the IDME-2017 templet through either online submission system available on conference website OR email to idme.knit@gmail.com OR Easy Chair (https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=idme2017). The submitted manuscripts will be reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical research and relevance to the conference theme. The proceedings of IDME-2017 shall be published with ISBN number.
