Introduction

2017 IEEE International Transportation Electrification Conference and Expo, Asia-Pacific (ITEC Asia-Pacific 2017) will be held in Harbin, China, on August 2-5, 2017. It is hosted by Harbin Institute of Technology, China. Serving as a key political, economic, scientific, cultural and communications hub in Northeast China, Harbin is well-known for its bitterly cold winters, beautiful snow and ice sculptures and is often called the "Ice City". ITEC Asia-Pacific 2017 is part of a global series of IEEE “ITEC” conferences, all dedicated to promoting the development of electrical technologies for transportation, land, rail, air and sea.
