Introduction
The FINA-2017 covers novel theories, designs, and applications of information systems and network applications in advanced distributed system environments. Networks of today are going through a rapid evolution and are giving a great influence to our society. In addition, computing models are changing to new architecture like Cloud computing systems, Grid computing systems, and Peer-to-Peer (P2P) computing models.
