The Gordon Research Seminar on Liquid Crystals

The Gordon Research Seminar on Liquid Crystals is a unique forum for graduate students, post-docs, and other scientists with comparable levels of experience and education to present and exchange new data and cutting edge ideas.

The seminar will focus on the latest developments in the experimental and theoretical characterizations of liquid crystals, liquid crystal applications, and liquid crystal ordering - from the various phases OF liquid crystals to the self-assembly of materials IN liquid crystal.

A panel discussion at the end of the GRS will include participants from the GRC to discuss both career prospects and scientific future in the field of liquid crystals.
