Introduction
We have a pleasure to invite you to attend the 17th OLC that will be held in the city of Guarujá, State of São Paulo, Brazil, from 24 to 29 September, 2017.
The local, program and advisory committees are working to prepare an exciting and outstanding conference in Brazil.
The venue is the Casa Grande Hotel – Resort & SPA in a nice city in the Atlantic coast of Brazil, where we hope the participants will enjoy the friendly atmosphere, characteristic of our people and country, and discuss science deeply. We expect to receive leading scientists from all over the world, presenting the newest developments in the area of optics of liquid crystals.
All participants are invited to participate in the welcome reception with “caipirinha” our national drink, and the conference dinner, with de “Samba Show”, our national music!

Authors with accepted Abstracts by the committee will be able to send the full version of paper by 16th May, 2017, through this website.
The full papers must be prepared according to the instructions given in this template. The file should be saved in PDF format. When converting the .doc file to PDF document, be sure to use A4 format paper and adjust the quality setting to 600 dpi. The file size should not exceed 2 MB and must be submitted through this website.
